LeSEDSis an organisation of Leicester Universitystudents with an interest in space. The Society organises and runs technicalprojects, trips to various space-related places, as well as irrelevant, but fun, social events.

LeSEDS is the Leicester branch of UKSEDS, which is the UK branch of SEDS.

A more detailed update will follow but the main news is: LeSEDS Barcrawl, Tuesday 17th October Redfearn 7.30 Free sweeties and a chance to see committee members very drunk...dare you miss it? 28th February 2006 - Physics Ball 2006 was a HUGE Success. The LeSEDS / AstroSOC Physics Ball was a complete success, and was enjoyed by all. For more pictures, head to the galleries! 10th February 2006 - LeSEDS win the bid to host the 2006 UKSEDS Conference. 25th January 2006 - LeSEDS putting in a bit to host the 2006 UKSEDS Conference. 16th December 2005 - The results from the rocket launch are now available here. 13th December 2005 - The Rocketeers first launch went with a BANG and a SPLAT.
